In January 2002 MGT of America concluded in a Florida workers' compensation study that expanded access to chiropractic care will result in positive outcomes in quality and cost-effectiveness in the future. This bodes well for health care cost control. • Insufficient clinical documentation.
• Over utilization or inappropriate treatment patterns. 
• Use of chiropractic-specific jargon. 
• Timely communication of patient status.
